Humm yes well difficult one. However – ate tomatoes instead of chocolate tonight. Did I enjoy them? yes. Baby plum tomatoes, cut up, light sprinkling salt. Did I want chocolate? Yes. But I didn’t have any in the house. So i’ve not achieved this goal, but am inching towards it….

Stopping smoking
Its so worth doing! better health, better breath, more chance of meeting people (as ‘we’ i.e. the whole world seemingly) prefers others who don’t stink of smoke. MUCH better bank balance!! Oh but sometimes I just catch a whiff, floating past me before fizzling out, just tickles the edge of my smell-senses.. Then uurgh I smell the smoker and realise its much better I stopped. That nostalgia lasts a second. Giving up lasts the rest of your life. Its the best thing you can do for yourself in so many ways.
