I’m starting tomorrow, on my birtday (which is a great present). I am already working out everyday. I need to just eat better. I’m going to have six, mini, healty meals. Protein and a healthy carb. I will do it for four weeks… see how I look and feel… then re-evaluate! I’m not waiting til Jan 1st!
