Jay, My fifth grade teacher and high school swimming coach, has lived in a sailboat for as long as I can remember. He was a good friend of my dad’s, and he’d take us out sailing on the rare calm day. I can’t even begin to describe him, but I have wanted to be like him ever since I was very small.
