How I did it: Small steps. I went from not touching anything leafy to being obsessed with making sure I have enough fruits and vegetables in my diet.Don't try for 7-10 servings overnight. Start with an apple or banana a day, and then build from there. Just received word last night that I’ve been accepted to Seattle University. So I went out and over-celebrated with a good friend of mine, and when I woke up my head felt like somebody was jackhammering on it. Oh well, it was worth it.
I’m looking forward to furthering my education and moving to a new city. This is awesome.
I put my apartment on the market last week and already there have been several prospective renters who have visited, one of which wants to fill out an application. So my last day in New York is Dec. 1st, barring an applicant having unforeseen credit issues.
