I have four. I got my first one when I turned 18-Peter Pan on my ankle because he was my favorite growing up and I always say, “I’ll grow old, but i’ll never grow up” My second I got when I lived in Florida and met Captain Hook-another favorite, so I got that tattooed on my shoulder blade. Thirdly, (and this is my FAVORITE tattoo) I wanted something that described me, so on my hip bone I got a tattoo of a leather bound book (I collect books) with a feather quill (because writing is my life) and a wand (to symbolize harry potter) to remind me to strive to write as well as jk rowling and my imagination. My last one I got while I was living in Europe. I met my favorite author while I was there and in one of his books this feather keeps appearing in the character’s life, and appeared as a tattoo on his daughter’s back, so on my back i got a tattoo of that feather. I love them all and wouldn’t give them up for the world!
Car accident

A little over a year ago I was driving back to school on Thanksgiving night and there was a horrible, horrible snow storm. I was driving in the UP (aka middle of nowhere) when I came across two men in the middle of the road and a two cars crashed into snow banks. I stopped and dialed 911. When the police and ambulance arrived they needed extra help. There was a young lady in the backseat of one of the cars who was severly injured. I had to climb onto the trunk of the car, reach through the broken glass and hold her head straight while the paramedics got the others out. After it was all over and the ambulance pulled away I got in my car and drove back to school. It was then that it hit me exactly what I did.
