I lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks by going on the go lower diet.
Its basically a diet where they send you all your meals (cereal for breakfast, soup for lunch and stews for dinner, health bars and occasional treats).
It worked better for me than my wife (we did it together) – but the weight just falls off.
It is a hi protein, low carb and low GI diet.
