i’ve been thinking about buying a house for a while but had not seriously looked around. then out of nowhere just last week the type of house in the type of place for the type of money i can afford came up for sale! so i went to a viewing on saturday and i made an offer on monday and they accepted it yesterday! now i have to try sort out the mortgage and legal stuff – which is shaping up to be a big headache! wish me luck!
