Fitness Challenge

I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and am determined to get in shape and lose weight. I created a 12-week fitness challenge for anyone to join. There are already about 10 people participating. Each week everyone will email me their walk/run mileage, weightloss and measurement changes. I will make an award for the winners. Check out my blog for details.
