I can bench 215 lbs right now, so if I just add 10 more lbs…I’ll be there. I’m 15 and 146 lbs with 46’’ shoulders.

I can now squat 335…but my back injury is preventing me from squatting until I see a chiropractor and get an X-ray from my back injury from doing something else 1 and a half damn weeks ago. I weigh 146 lbs now and my leg measurements are a 1/4 inch bigger at the most.
Well I got 15 more pounds...

I got a back injury from something else, not deadlifting, but before I was injured I was able to deadlift 235. I weigh 146 pounds now, so I’ve gained a lot of weight from packing on mass and probably just growing (I’m 15). After my back heals, I am going to resume deadlifting, but until then I’m going to do stuff like pull ups, pull downs and lower-back resistance exercises.
