On Day Two. Unfortunatly woke up at 6.20 but still got to the gym for 7.00am and had an hour to workout. Went on the cross-trainer for 20 mins and then treadmill for 20 mins then went on the bike. Starting to enjoy this, however I feel sooo tired!

Hi everyone I am trying to get fit for the army. I was wondering if going to the gym everyday would be useful before I start running on the road, as I need to improve my breathing, has anyone got any tips? I went to the gym this morning at 7.00am
