I went to the gym last night and did 40 minutes on the cross trainer and also walked back home, instead of catching the bus back. I am going swimming tonight.

On Wednesday 27th April, I brought myself some new fitness clothes to go to the gym in and a pair of easytone trainers to get me motivated to walk to the bus station in the morning (30 minute walk). I also went for a induction at the local swimming baths and have took out a membership which will allow me to use the gym, have unlimited access to fitness classes and swimming. On my first day I was reunited with an old friend from school, so I am happy to have found someone to go to the gym with. I am now on my 3rd day of going to the gym and am aiming to go 4-5 times a week.
I had my fitness induction on the 29th at the local swimming baths. I have got myself a membership to use the gym, unlimited access to fitness classes and the swimming pool. This is the third evening that I am planning to go to the gym and I am aiming to to at least 40-60 minutes.
