Work out 5-7 days a week.
I got up at 5 am 13 months ago

today. First time in my life I have ever actually gotten my butt out of bed before the 3rd snooze alarm. I must really be into the exercise idea today. My friend is coming over tonight to work out AGAIN and I’m excited to actually be on target for today. Now I wonder how long I’ll be able to keep up the 5 am thing?



keep my apartment clean and organized

Every week my apartment ends up being a filthy mess. This makes me feel disorganized, and I’m generally happier when it is clean and I can actually find the things I need right away without having to dig for them. I want to accomplish this goal by doing:
1. 20 minutes of tidying up each weeknight
2. laundry every weekend
3. dishes every time I dirty them
4. pick out my outfits the night before, so that I’m not tempted to throw clothes on the floor
