Not only have I finally watched the first season, but managed to watch season 2 and 3. Now I finally know what’s going on.
Start Running

I started running 5 weeks ago. I’m following the Couch to 5k program. I can now run 20 mins non-stop. That is approx 2 miles. I plan on completing the program in the hopes of running my first 5k the end of September. The CIBC Run For the Cure.
