I weighed in today, the beginning of my second week and lost 4lbs!!! It feels great!!! 16 lbs to go. I hope I can keep up this type of weight loss, but I expect it to drop back to 1 – 2 lbs a week. I wonder if any others have had the same experience of losing a lot in the first week.

Made my running goal today, but still didn’t hit my calorie goal of 1,350 – went way over. Tomorrow is my day off but I think I’ll go on a hike to burn off what I ate this evening.
Weekends are gonna be tough, but my next weigh in is on tuesday and I am hopeful of reaching my 1 lb/week weight loss goal.
