My new plan for losing weight is as follows.
Lose 10 lbs to get down to 159 and sustain it for at least 1 week. No time limit.
Here is my plan (in order of priority):
1 Stop eating empty foods (chips, fries, sweets, bagels)
2 have a large salad before dinner each night.
3 exercise everyday for at least 10 minutes.
I will track my progress here.

I had a coke with lunch today, but it wasn’t a breakdown. It was just a treat for myself. I was afraid it would taste so good that I’d go back to drinking it all the time. But, it wasn’t that good and I don’t really have a desire for another anytime soon. So, I’m gonna consider this goal accomplished. If I start having more than one or two a month, ill consider that a relapse and start over – which I really don’t want to do!

Although I’m not quite ready to cross this one off my list, I feel like I’m well on my way to accomplishing this. It’s been 1 month since I had any soda and I don’t miss it anymore. So I’m dropping down to my number 2 goal so I can focus on accomplishing something else. I’ll consider this done when I go 3 momths without soda
