Its not just about getting on the road. but just not always second guessing if you;ll enjoy yourself. Just know that you will enjoy yourself on some parts and not on others. How I did it: I just am becoming more comfortable with the person I am. And once you are more and more comfortable and loving of the person you are....and not feeling sorry for yourself...it becomes easier to be brave. Because what another person thinks becomes less and less important if you are acting genuinely.ALSO, it helps that you put yourself in an enviorment that you feel safe.
