we are doing well at the moment. I’ve had 3 pints in the last 2 weeks. When I had them, I didn’t really enjoy them. The reasons for stopping:- I hate hangovers, a lot of my recent weight gain was due to alcohol and want to lose weight and the way I feel about alcohol.

I have been to some meditation/buddhism classes and feel more re-connected spiritually than I have done for a long time. I read about buddhism and try and use some of the principles as a part of my life.
