yaay!!I have been getting up early, well my early has been 8, since I can’t sleep before 12. But 8 hrs works fine with me. The thing which is keeping me consistent has been a journal and some inspirational notes that I read,before going to sleep and first thing after I get up.

I have been exercising consistently for the past 1 week for half an hour ever day. Doing it first thing in the morning come sun or rain helps a lot and gets it out of the way.
I bought his tapes for $200 last winter. My husband and I must have heard him once. And were we impressed? But that was it. We neither applied it nor did we listen to the tapes again. Until today. I just started with the first one again. Its just what the doctor had ordered. Felt good and motivated.
