Recent entries
I am in my second semester of my first year teaching in Chile. Thus, I have now taught on two continents. I’ll be here for a couple of years. Then what? Africa or Asia?
This summer, when I go to Peru to start my Amazon trip, I will probably pass through Lima. Peru has a great culinary tradition. I can’t wait to try real Peruvian cerviche. I have visited a couple of Peruvian restaurants here in Santiago and they have been fantastic.
