i just got home from class. it was the final in a basics series. it sounds really easy, but the simplest postures can kick your butt. i’m proud of myself for following through. i can’t wait until level one. now that i’m thinking about it we should have had a graduation party!

Addiction
I can’t even begin to explain how hard this is. It really is like an addiction. I crave coke when I wake up in the morning, and need at least a few drinks throughout the day. I’ve been slowly trying to cut down. I can eliminate it for a few days then I need to drink some more. Sometimes its totally out of control. The worst part is that I know how bad it is for me- for my teeth, diet/nutrition, health considering my family is diabetic. The upside, the only upside to it all, is that I’ve rid myself of other vices (that were much worse), so it doesn’t feel so bad that I drink coke. Maybe thats the problem.
