Lose 2 Kilos in March

february….no wonder i couldn’t lose the weight. i didn’t even spell the month right! So that goal was set in a non-existent month, which means it was never going to happen.

well i did end up going to the gym a couple of times, the problem is i didn’t cut back the amount i ate.

it’s beginning of march now. if i can lose one kilo and keep it off in march i’ll be happy. 2 kilos would be a bonus. so let’s aim for that. 2 kilos in march!



Not eat junk food for the next two weeks

There’s something about long train rides that makes you want to just stuff your face with food. That’s what happened for…I’d say 45 minutes of that 1 hour train ride down to Aireys Inlet. And although I thought dried banana chips (and grapes and gummies and skittles) were healhty enough, to my horror, according to my med friend and the nutrition table 100g of the banana chips was equivalent to an average mcdonald’s meal. We finished 3/4 of the pack which was 400g.

So now that I’m back for Aireys I think it’s time to start this goal. Having an endless flow of chips and icecream in the house doesn’t help. But two weeks, how hard can it be?



Go bike riding once a week

the shortest bike ride of my life!
Bike riding by yourself is so lonely even if you do have music. There’s no motivation either. Then there’s also the embarrassment of struggling uphill while someone’s walking effortlessly right next to you.
I’ll try harder, have more will power and try to be less embarrassed next time!
