Juhu, I walked 74 km in September – goooooooooood. Now I’m at 537 km all together. Hoping I can sign this goal as finished soon =)

I’m going by bike to work 3-4 times a week – i think thats something =)Because one way its 15 km – I think thats 9.3 miles. It really helps me to get in shape. Although I need by bike 45 minutes instead of 25 minutes by car but I like the feeling when I arrive at home and my training session is already done. I bought a new anorak so I can continue to go by bike also in the autumn. I really hope in this way I can fight the couch potato inside of me =)
