How I did it: The beginning of the summer was the perfect reason to sort out my clothes. and I found really nice ones which I already forgot to have. I accepted that I'll never fit in some of my T-shirts again - and gave them away. And I spended some money to buy some new clothes. And this time these are more colorful as usally. Normally I'm only wearing black and dark colors. My new ones are lighter and I'm feeling better. :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: It was really, realy great - even if my hand is hurting after all of the tennis training :) We were in a hotel which was specialized to tennis and sport. We had 3 very sporty days. I learned a lot and got some routine in my forehand. And I didn't argue with my boyfriend about playing :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I'm so happy the open air season is coming now. I saw some bands I really like but I didn't go to every possible concert because the tickets are soo expensive. They cost from 40 to 80 Euro puh! I don't know what the prices are in the US for concert tickets but for me it is quite much money and I had to pick out only a few bands... But it was worth it. Juhu, I walked 74 km in September – goooooooooood. Now I’m at 537 km all together. Hoping I can sign this goal as finished soon =)
I’m going by bike to work 3-4 times a week – i think thats something =)Because one way its 15 km – I think thats 9.3 miles. It really helps me to get in shape. Although I need by bike 45 minutes instead of 25 minutes by car but I like the feeling when I arrive at home and my training session is already done. I bought a new anorak so I can continue to go by bike also in the autumn. I really hope in this way I can fight the couch potato inside of me =)
