I got up at 6.15 (purely so no one was about to see me sweating and panting like a fool) and only managed around the block, but I’m really proud of myself for starting. I think I maybe started off a little too fast and tired myself out. Tomorrow I’ll pace myself more. I feel really good, when I laugh my stomach muscles hurt and when I walk up the stairs my ass hurts, it’s great! good luck everyone :)
I did. Then I was red. Now I’m back to brown. Hair is a little worse for wear, but worth it regardless.
