Find someplace to do pull ups.
No Bars

I went to a local park today. It had some playground equipment that could do in a pinch but I’d really like to find something better for regular workouts. I’m a really large guy and I’m always worried about breaking welded rings.



Meditate for at least 10 minutes a day for 7 days
Concrete, Measurable Progress - Day 1

I’m trying to keep my goals specific enough to know when they are done and to be able to measure progress along the way.

I meditated today for 10 minutes when I got home for lunch. My mind was its usual clutter of noise. I tried to imagine the surface of my mind as the surface of a still pond with each passing thought a stone sending ever fading ripples along the surface. Today’s stones must have been meteors.

Still, 10 minutes is 10 minutes. More tomorrow.
