I quit few years ago,
when I visited Hong Kong.
HK is such a small island,
I don’t have to buy cigarettes,
there are smokers all over the street, the corner, the park, wherever…
so I go to the hospital and pay some money for consultant,
and get a pack of expensive nicotine sticker.
anyway, I just used one sticker, and quit right away….
when we wanna do something,
we must go straight to our goal,
because we don’t know how much time we will have left from now on.
it’s not hard to stop it than you think,
i smoked 1 pack per day,
and I quit just after I step out of hospital,
although I still have more than a carton at the place I lived.
I don’t think to stick with cigarette will make our life better or less pressure,
there’s 1000 way to die faster than this…
parbably you can listen to me,
just a little bit,
try not to smoke at least 1 day,
and put your attention on something else.
my advise will be,
buy some chewing gum,
or start biting your nail….
how about save the cigarette money and buy a ticket to Hong Kong?
