I woke up about twenty minutes ago, I went to bed around 2:15, and I feel great! Yesterday at work, we even got hit with a big rush of customers and I didn’t crash- I was actually pretty productive!
Can it get any better? I think it can!

How I did it: I have retainers, so it's been tough to get motivated to floss, as my gums would bleed every time. I stuck with it, tried to be gentle, and a week or so later, my gums don't bleed! I’ve been reading this blog called Study Hacks, and the whole idea of the site is to make it so that you can study less, more efficiently. I recommend it highly, and I can’t wait to implement some of these techniques!
I went to bed at 3 instead of 3:30 last night, but I was on the computer until the strike of 3. That probably doesn’t help. :/
I really had to lull myself to sleep- like, work to get myself tired? But tonight, bedtime is at 2:30. And each day will be half an hour earlier until I’m going to bed at midnight. This way, when I get back to school and wake up at 7:45 each day, I’ll be ready!
