end of w3

so i just finished w3. d2 this week was hell… i walked most of it. but today was not bad at all. i actually ran more than i should have. it is still hard w/o a ipod/mp3. i am struggling with that. but all in all, this was probably my worst week yet. i am looking forward to w4!

i’m down 6 more lbs! so its 21 lb. i dont think i’ll make 30 by may. but it will be done in may!

end of week one! it is not that bad! i do have my meat cravings every once in a while. but with more fruits n veggies and less junk, i’ve lost 4 lb!
