I bought a pedometer to help motivate me to hit some goals in total steps for the day. I’m starting out with 10,000 steps a day with about 4,000 of them being aerobic steps to get my heart rate up and give me at least 30m of exercise a day. When I actually remember to bring it, I hit my goal everytime!

I got a nifty BOB stroller to push the girls around in while I walk. This thing is great! It’s like a SUV in a stroller! This has helped me a ton with getting out and walking a whole lot more. Getting babies to nap is a great motivator to get out and walk.
