How I did it: in college i gained 15, then the whole real-life work experience and excessive drinking combined with eating junk and never sleeping added on another 25. then i found this book, called the raw food detox diet, became more aware of what i ate, and over a year changed my eating habits. in the first six months i lost twenty pounds, then another ten and another ten as i restricted what i ate, forced myself to get active, said no to junk and b… Read how I did it…
i have also gained weight since i started college. about 15 pounds to be exact. all i do is work, and i don’t each much, but i seem to gain weight anyways, even though i don’t eat much sugar and i don’t eat meat or many animal products.
