A few lifestyle changes have caused me to drop almost 25 pounds in the past few months. People have pulled me aside at work and complimented me on my appearance despite my (now) ill-fitting wardrobe. I was never particularly unhappy with my figure before but it feels good to slim down.

I even bought a nice pair of very short shorts.
