one step at a time, one day at a time, one word at a time-live in the present moment, let go let god-these are coping words i must say to myself inorder to cope with our daughter s bi polar condition if that s what her condition is. she has now become paranoid and this is a most frightening stage. her mother talks with her on the phone many times a day and feels as if the paranoia is getting worse each day. i can do nothing but worry, wait, listen to hear of the latest discussion. let go,let god, help, pray for us..joe
this web site is by far the best sight on the net. i don t use it as i should. if i were using it properly,i would be here for hours each day. all of my goals would be realized by just reading and posting here for much of each day. maybe, someday i will appreciate what we have here and take proper advantage of it. i love this site.
