It looks like the technique is linked to meditation and using your subconscious mind. So it’s absolutely possible, but many people will not take the time to master it.

And couldn’t be consistent about my sessions. I finally read Thresholds of the Mind in August ‘07 and it confirmed all the reasons why I purchased the program in the first place. Now I’m meditating at least 4 days a week. It feels good!
