Tonight I re-ran the Barrier test, the track took me 32min32sec five weeks ago and 28min8sec tonight. I did it about 4 1/2min quicker!!! I feel awesome about it. I really really really want to do another Bootcamp in the future – I cant do one straight away because I have Uni at the same time.
Finished bootcamp tonight. A track that took me 32min32sec five weeks ago, took me 28min8sec tonight. Hoorah!! I’m 12 kg down from when I started. It feels like this has been going on forever. I really love the exercise and im confident that it will just kepe moving in the right direction. Im no longer desperately concerned about what shape I’ll be for the wedding - its about a year to go, and I’m certain that I’ll be in good shape - even if I’m not tiny tiny
