How I did it: After running the 5k race three years earlier, I had it in my mind that I'd do the 20k. The next year I got pregnant during the beginning of my training and had to push it back a year. It's really important to have a good birthing team who will support you and that you feel comfortable with. Have faith in your body, it was meant to do this.
