It made me 
How I did it: This relationship was very complicated and extremely painful and good at the same time. i just got to the point where my instinct were telling me to leave this realtionship. I followed my instrinct and it has been one of the hardest things i have ever hard to do! At first everything i could do to make me forget about him..I cut ALL contact, change my number, filled my days with loads of things meeting up with friends, buying new clot… Read how I did it…

I used the settings to minimise what things i was seeing that help and today i deactivated my account so ill see how that goes..
