Getting there slowly. 3 years ago

This is a very gradual process for me. Rather than change everything at once, I’m buying/making Organic/Ecological things as their non-ecological counterparts run out.

Cleaning wise I’m mostly using Vinegar, Baking Soda, washable cloths and a lot of ‘Elbow grease’. For washing up and laundry I’m using Ecover products.

Toiletry wise I’m buying some things from Lush (after checking out the ingrediants for each product on-line) the rest I’m making myself.

So far, it’s been easy and very worth while.

So far so... 3 years ago

Not doing too badly so far. I’ve stopped drinking mochas at work which was my biggest problem area.

The Dr Pepper is gone, the Diet Coke is mostly gone, except for the odd occasion I go to the pub. (I don’t drink as I’m a motorbike passenger)

Now I just have to remember to order Blackcurrent or Lemonade when I’m at the bar. ‘One Diet Coke please’ is almost a reflex!
