How I did it: A friend decided she was crazy and wanted to do this for her birthday. I never saw myself as someone who would do anything like this, but when she asked me if I'd like to go I realised I did :)So I booked, and didn't tell anyone else I was doing it.I went 14,000 feet up in the air, sat on the edge of the plane, and then tipped out - somersaulting into the air and free-falling at 240k/h towards the ground. How to finish my degree
It took me

Proud

How I did it: I went straight into uni from year 12, without a clue what I wanted (and I still don't have much of an idea!). Through luck I managed to find a major that was challenging but one that I loved. I had a bit of a rough patch and extended my course by 6 months, and I'm so glad I did that instead of just giving up, because I pulled it together to get really good marks.. Really only to prove to myself that I was capable. :) I plan on going back… Read how I did it…

How to change Job

How I did it: I just finished uni and have gotten a full time job while I take a break from study. I want to go back and do my masters, so it's somewhere related to that field. Which was very very lucky that it came up! So now I'm ditching one of my retail jobs (but keeping the other for weekend shifts haha...) which means I can officially say I've "changed" jobs!!! Only been 3 years since I'd planned to leave this original job... it was my first ever … Read how I did it…

I opened a USaver 2 weeks ago

It’s a high interest online savings account… first time I’ve ever been disloyal to my bank (in 16 years) but their interest rates took a real dive and UBank’s didn’t… and it makes all the difference really.

I also used it to set up an automatic savings plan, and set a goal that I can track against my account. Positive steps. :)

Save for a house deposit
This has alway been on my mind 2 weeks ago

.. but is now at the forefront, after several discussions with a close friend regarding co-buying.

First things first: get the savings into top gear. I want to return to study my masters, so this could be an issue with repayments and loan eligibility. I will try not to let my impatient nature get the better of me on this one, but it’s hard :)

Can't pull out now! 2 weeks ago

I said yes to the friend who put the idea in my head, paid my deposit, and am taking two friends on a road trip… they don’t know that I’m jumping, they think we’re just going to support the birthday girl. Boy will they be surprised!

I’ve put myself down for the dvd / pics too… it makes it very expensive but I figure I will regret it if I don’t. I want to be able to brag!

Can’t wait.

I’m terrified. :)
