I don’t really have any quantitative way to determine if I have been productive at work. However, I just feel like I have been getting more done.

I don’t really have any quantitative way to determine if I have been productive at work. However, I just feel like I have been getting more done.
I want to cheer myself for this. I am very happy about this. So these are four things that have been helping me change.
1. Walking more
2. Going to WW regularly.
3. Eating more veggies.
4. Drinking more milk.
YAY!!!
I am eating more veggies and milk products. This has shown me a lot of positive results. I am getting more fiber.
