I’m about 25% of the way through my dream board. Does anyone have any ideas on good ways to get more pictures? I’m finding it hard to get my hands on magazines without forking out mega bucks.
Would appreciate any feedback :)
Fit, toned, healthy body here I come!
Have been making sure I eat really well 6 days a week and I allow myself 1 day (usually saturday) to indulge in some of the things I love.. like m & m’s and nachos! yum!
The rest of the time I’m eating lots of stir frys with tofu, lean chicken and fish oh and lots of fruit! I start every day with a big bowl of fruit and I’m feeling great for it!
As for exercise I am doing 15 minutes of pilates 6 mornings a week, and running for at least 40 minutes 6 nights a week.
I’m starting to notice some improvements, my upper seems to loose weight first! Which might be nice for some people, but not so much for me! My small b cup is reducing even more and all I want is for the fat on my thighs to magically move itself to my chest!
anyway overall, I’m noticing some good improvements, more toned and feeling lighter overall. Going to weigh myself next week, so will update then.

I’m about a third of the way through right now and I imagine I will have it finished pretty quite. A women’s inspirational journey to find herself after a string of painful events in her life.
This one’s hard to put down so perfect for a sunday at the beach :)
