I hate not sleeping! The other night I slept for an hour after trying everything possible to get to sleep and is still affecting me! Im still so exhausted! It really has put my whole body out of balance. Any tricks to get to sleep? So far I have tried counting, adding multiplying and all kinds of math, drinking sweet dreams tea, warm milk (YUCK!), watching tv, showering, listening to my breathing, staring at blackness, lying still, listening to music and repeating sleep a thousand times. Ha. Im insane.

When I was younger I was very open to them and it was just normal to see people walking around that nobody else could see. However as I grew older I started doubting that they existed and tried tricking myself into thinking it was just in my head. I still feel/hear/know infact the other night I had a boy visit me(don’t know who he was). It kinda runs in my family, my gan is always having people ‘visiting’ her because her hose is built on historical grounds.
