I’m really sticking to this! Since last Tuesday, I’ve woken up much much earlier i.e. 6am so that I can get to the gym by 6.30am.
All i need to do know is to keep this up for 30 days :o)
p/s: I do get a little sleepy during lunch hour though.

So gave me lil runners a rest since saturday. I’m spending a week in our overseas office with colleagues who will make sure I’m constantly munching and chomping as part of their well-known hospitality. Bopped on the weighing scale today, and look it here.. what do you know… +3lbs.
I know now what addicted to running means. I think about running all the time, sweat pouring down my head, wet patches on my back, arms and legs in a locomotion.
I miss it…
Bored being a hamster. Maybe my legs are demotivated with the constant treadmill running. Couldnt even last 8 mins.
Taking a 3day break (guilt-infested nonetheless). Might switch to morning runs, lap-counting instead of minute-counting.
But this cute guy (who usually runs in front of me) said ‘Bye’ to me yesterday! What’s a hamster-chick to do?
