I should just face facts.No matter how much I want to do this – it’s beyond my capabilities to change what basically am…a worrier.So from now on I’ll try to stop worrying about worrying all the time.

I can’t find any anywhere.Every time I’m in a sweet shop it’s the same old nestle stuff and no liquorice in sight (or coffee creams ,but that’s another story) I’ll just have to keep on looking.
But at least it is continuing.I’m trying to go for the ‘little and often’ approach because I think it’s the only way it’s going to get done.Tonight I did an hour painting the bedroom wall.
Bedroom to do list:
give the wood work it’s top coat and another coat on the wardrobes.I splodged over the edges a bit in places on the walls so I’ll have to neaten that up ;buy a carpet ;wash the curtains and hang a curtain rail.Put up shelves and pictures.etc…etc…
