i’m nowhere close to being able to do this yet, but i definitely feel like of the things on my list this is one that i might actually accomplish. i’m not sure why…i think maybe because i’m fairly okay with the steps it will take.

i put this on my list because people are always telling me to take naps. i don’t know why? i am tired sometimes, but i really never nap. the only times i’ve ever napped in my life are those times when i’ve been extremely hung over and basically had to lay with my eyes closed in order to prevent dry heaving. i have friends who nap regularly and my husband (although he rarely is allowed to) loves to nap. i’m curious to see what this would do for my health…mental and physical. my only concern is that i have trouble sleeping at night, so i’m afraid if i nap during the day i might end up not sleeping at night.
so…i didn’t actively ‘participate’ in the pta this year either. i know, total disappointment. but i did volunteer in my sons kindergarten class once a week for the second half of the year. and i did become a member of the school site council and attended all the meetings. now, next year my oldest will be in 7th grade a whole new school. so, that means two ptas…yikes!
