I’ve been drinking around a gallon of water a day and really watching my calories for two weeks.
I have been amazed at the amount of weight I have lost without any exercise!
I’ll be adding exercise after my trip to the chiropractor in a few weeks. I can’t imagine the weight I’ll be losing after I add in a bit of exercise.
