Managed to take a 30 minute power walk every other day this week. Hopefully I can keep it up 3 times a week from now on.

I have decided that no matter what, I’m handing in my notice in January. I want a job that is based on something I give a damn about and that certainly isn’t my current job! I will save up so that I have some money to tide me over just in case I haven’t found the job I want by the end of my notice period. I am very scared but also very excited!
I’ve bought some high heeled boots and some high wedge-heeled sandals. The boots are no problem at all. The wedges are fine but I find it easier to dance in them than to walk! lol So now I need to see if I can manage in proper shoes…
I ate an entire Chinese meal with my chopsticks today. I was well chuffed with myself! So now I can say I’ve achieved this. Whoooooo-hoooooo!
I make silver jewellery with mixed media. I love jewellery anyway, but there’s nothing more special than wearing your own.
If you’re new to corsets, the best type to get for your first one is an underbust corset. There’s a good illustrated guide to lacing them at
http://www.corsetsandcrinolines.com/tidbits.php?index=6
That really helped me.
I love corsets. They’re so sexy and enhance your femininity so much.
I’ve seen a couple of sites on the web where you can take a pic yourself (following all the rules), upload it and they’ll cut it to size and send you back 6 passport sized pics to use. It’s a lot cheaper than a photobooth so I think I’ll do that.
My chopsticks arrived and I love them. For some reason, when I followed all the instructions I used last time with no success, these chopsticks were no problem. Don’t know what the difference is between these and the ones in the Japanese restaurant that caused me so much misery, but I’m fine with these. So I think whenever I eat out in a Chinese/Japanese/Thai restaurant I will bring my own chopsticks just in case!!
I had a look at a photobooth to see how much photos cost and it was £4!!! WTF?! At the moment, the renewal costs £66 so the photos would bring the total to a round sum of £70! Must get my arse in gear and get some pics taken. Must remember to follow all the rules. My last photos had my hair covering half my face, so God knows how they were accepted!
I checked out loads of guides on the internet and was practising with two pencils and was going great. I was even managing to pick up Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules with them…then I tried it for real with actual chopsticks in a Japanese restaurant and it didn’t work at all! It was so embarrassing. I think it was because the sticks were slightly flattened or something. I tried to see what my friends were doing (they are all sickeningly proficient!) but none of them seemed to be doing it the way everyone suggests but they were all managing to pick up food easily. It was so frustrating and my hands were aching at the end. I ended up just holding the sticks together in my right hand and scooping up the food with them. I ate loads of rice but not much else!
I need some real chopsticks to practice with…
I have just ordered some chopsticks and they should arrive in about 3 days. That way I can practise with the real thing with real food. From now on it’s chopsticks with every meal!
I am so bad at this. I just lack the genes that allow women to do this naturally. I nearly broke my ankle in a Chinese restaurant once cos of my heels and they were tiny heels anyway (about an inch and a half for chrissakes!)
I’ve heard that it’s easier to walk in high heeled boots, rather than shoes as they’re more stable and give support to your ankles. I also find it easier to walk in high wedge style heels rather than stiletto heels so I will get some boots to begin my first stage of practise in. High heeled wedge style boots would be even better! :P
Now, I don’t think I want him permanently cos he has a tendancy to lie and disrespect me. Plus, no woman deserves to be with a man who’d rather be with someone else (she doesn’t want him or he’d be with her now). But try as I might, I can’t stop fancying him. Plus, he fancies me too, so why not have my way with him. If someone better comes along, I will happily say goodbye and move on to the new man. After all, he’d do the same.
So as long as we keep it casual and I know not to put all my eggs in this basket I think it will be fine.
We’ve started talking again and we’re being very flirty. I just need to chose the right moment to seal the deal.
I hate my hair. When I first got rid of my extensions, I used to do some really cool things with my hair but now I can’t be bothered and as I’m no longer a student (or young) the things I used to do are inappropriate now. I just want something easy to manage, that suits me and goes with my lifestyle.
Above is the kind of thing I’d like, but with maybe looser curls. It would probably have to be extensions again, but that’ll be okay. I want to be able to wear it back and up as well, but would that mean I’d have to get my own hair permed to go with it so I could use my own hairline? I don’t like the idea of having my hair permed and coloured. More research needed.
Acne? Hidradenitis Suppurativa? I wish I knew. It starts in my armpits and spreads around from there. That’s why I’m inclined to think it’s Hidradenitis Suppurativa. I bloody hope it isn’t cos that’s a bitch of a condition. My oxytetracycline isn’t working. Neither is my Benzyl Peroxide. I’ve started using an antibacterial wash too. Still not much difference. Maybe losing weight will help. Also detoxing could help too.
I don’t know how much I weigh but I will go by dress size. I know I’ve put on quite a bit in the last year and I wanted to lose weight last year, so now I need to lose even more. At least last year I was chubby but I had a nice, curvy, feminine, in proportion figure. Now I’ve gained loads of weight on my belly and it spoils the fit of all my clothes. I also have loads of celulite, especially on my thighs and upper arms. My upper arms are huge and dimply.
I will go in two stages; the first will be to just get my clothes from last year to fit well again. I will hope to do this by September. Then I want to go down a dress size from that. I will do this by December. I think that is a realistic, healthy approach.
