How I did it: I started off with a few different fad diets, which got rid of about 10 pounds quickly. Then I did Weight Watchers for a while because that had worked before, and that only took off about 8 pounds. I got fed up, so I went to a doctor who prescribed a few different meds for me, which actually work for me, and the rest of the weight came off with me exercising at least 30 minutes a day 5 days each week and drastically changing m… Read how I did it…
I have been HORRIBLE this year about sending cards for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I always think about it, sometimes I even buy the cards, then forget to send them. Help!!!!!
I’ve been exercising (slightly) and eating more heatlhy since September 15th of this year, and I lost 15 pounds very easily. Now in the last 3 weeks, NOTHING!!! I know that it will happen if I keep up with what I’m doing, but it’s very frustrating and I’m often tempted to just revert to my overeating and being totally lazy all the time. I don’t want my kids to think of me as “fat” and I want to be able to be active with them. I want my husband to be happy to be seen with me, and I most of all want to feel healthy and good about myself again. Hopefully putting this here will give me the constant motivation that I need!
