I found a hill in town that just might be the death of me. my new training goal is to beat it. I ran up it for a while today but gave up after a while because I couldn’t breathe and I still couldn’t see the top. but I’ll do it!

today I got up early and ran 5.5 miles first thing in the morning. I haven’t done morning workouts in ages but I think I’ll have to start again for the summer. 5.5 was challenging but not unbearable. I start the 12 week training program in July. Right now I’m “pre-training.” I think I’m doing pretty well.
