I’ll admit, I didn’t know much about Autism. That is, until my son exhibited signs of it. I researched and researched and was not at all surprised when the doctor diagnosed my little boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He is the sweetest little boy in the world (and darn-near the cutest, too) but he is non-verbal, so it makes things interesting. Every day is a challenge, but we’re dealing as best we can. Sometimes I find the most difficult part is trying to get others to understand. It’s time to spread awareness of this growing disease!

How I did it: I did it again... I got inked. A simple 8th note in my ear, because music means so much to me. I hear music always. And now I want more! I have a hundred ideas, so I have to sort through them and figure out which are most important... Read how I did it…
How I did it: I am so proud to say that I completed a surrogacy! On June 12, 2009 I gave birth to twin girls Alexis and Mackenzie. They were born at 36 weeks gestation, weighing 5lbs 9oz and 5lbs 10oz. They spent one week in the NICU. Now they are gorgeous little 3 month old miracles and their parents (my now good friends) are in love. I am so happy I decided to do this!!p.s. The pic was taken at 33 weeks, 3 weeks before the girls were born. :-) Read how I did it…
I’ve got to meet him. That’s all it boils down to. He is amazing and incredible… so talented and smart… oh, and the sexiest man to walk the face of the earth! Yes, yes… I must meet him. Must.
So I haven’t written about this since… June? Wow. Well, I am very proud to announce that I am almost 8 weeks PREGNANT with surrogate TWINS!! The intended parents are on Cloud 9, and I am feeling great. They’re due in mid-July, though we anticipate an early delivery… with twins, and it also being my 3rd pregnancy. We’ll see how I’m feeling when I’m big as a house and miserable near the end… ;)
