How I did it: I didn't actually speak to her directly...but I'm glad of the resolution. I hate that I drink and dial...I really tried to adhere but being back in the US made it at the forefront of my thoughts...I really will adhere as I don't want this kind of confusion in my life and I'm sure that it isn't the best thing for Abby to have me anywhere near her life...I am glad that she was firm about this and I need to grow on my own and in my own terms.
