I think getting a gym membership and possibly doing the 6 week boot camp workout would be a great way to lose inches. I know in the past I have seen my body transform but would get really depressed about not losing any weight because it would be replaced by muscle. Gosh having kids is awesome but the body left over is so depressing. I just wish those 15 pounds would magically disappear!

It was basically achieved by deleting any subscription or membership to sites that cause alot of interaction. Almost all of my time was on the internet between myspace, yahoo, LJ, 3 email accounts and IM chatting. I’ve taken up different hobbies and used this site to set up my goals to replace that time with, such as reading a 100 books.
Hmmm I think since I set my goal I have already accomplished alot. After many recommendations of the Harry Potter series, I borrowed each of the books from a friend and have read each book by finishing one to instantly open another. So glad I’m reading these, the movies didn’t make much sense and the books are making me go “oh yeah I get it now”. Just started Half Blood Prince so I can’t add that to completed books…
1. HP and the Sorcerer’s Stone
2. HP and the Chamber of Secrets
3. HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban
4. HP and the Goblet of Fire
5. HP and the Order of the Phoenix
They have turned out to be much better than I had expected. I still believe Anne Rice to have been much more talented with her plots in the Chronicles (witch and vampires) though. Sorry, everyone has their opinions.
