How I did it
How I did it: My husband and I both decided to quit smoking to try and prevent health problems. We made an action plan and stuck with it, which included going to our doctor and getting a prescription of Chantix. The first day was easier than day two and three but it got easier from that point on. I would say that it took about 6 weeks to get past the worst cravings. Read how I did it…
